today was also my first trip to the baltimore farmer's market in a long while (thanks to pre-college, travel and insufferable humidity). a brisk walk, hot cup of zeke's, and great fresh, cheap produce is such a great way to start my sunday. have a great week, everybody!

okay, back on track. i am happy to present to you the dailies from my first week as a real, live human! this week was jam-packed with swimming & other woodsy adventures, birthday fun, and bon voyages, but i have a full three weeks that i plan to cram full of anything and everything i want in a summer vacation.

i spent much of this week distracting myself from the aforementioned 34 days by overcoming my x-files loyalty-bias against fringe and watching all the past episodes to catch up to the current season finale.

so it turns out that the climb back out of vacation-mode is a rough one--- i had an absolutely amazing time at naea last week, but this week sure took its toll. let's take a look:

oh sweet jesus i love daylight savings time! it snuck up on me and totally rewarded me with a legit extra hour of sleep this morning. WHAT A GREAT PRESENT.
